Question/Topic: Does PremierLash ship outside of the U.S.?

We offer direct shipping to the United States, all U.S. Territories, Canada and World Wide. Please note that International shipments may incur tariffs, taxes, customs and brokerage fees for which you (the purchaser) are responsible.

Question/Topic: Where is my shipment?

We e-mail you an order confirmation once the order has been processed. You can also log into My Account to check the status of your order or call the Customer Service Department 1(877) 366-5274. Customer Service is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 7:00PM MST. Please have your account information ready to ensure fast service. When your order is shipped, a tracking number is e-mailed to you for your convenience.

When your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you. Simply click on the link for the latest information. Question/Topic: Can I ship on my own carrier account?

We can only ship using our carrier accounts. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Question/Topic: When will my order ship?

Orders received before 3:30pm MST will ship in stock items the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time of 3:30PM MST are processed and shipped the next business day. No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Question/Topic: How long will my shipment take to arrive?

A:

In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt at checkout will reflect an accurate delivery time based on our point of origin and final destination. Standard shipping is used for the continental U.S. unless otherwise selected during checkout. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

We offer direct shipping to the United States and all U.S. Territories. USPS Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 Business Days), Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days).  UPS Ground (3-7 Business Days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days), UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day). Priority Mail and UPS Shipping times can vary. Weekends and holidays are generally excluded. Shipments going to APO/FPO/DPO are shipped via Priority Mail. Please note, orders shipping via USPS delivery times vary.

Canadian and International orders ship either Priority Mail international (6-10 Business Days), Priority Express International (3-5 Business Days), or InXpress (DHL) (3-5 Business Days), depending upon your location.
Important note: All Canadian and International shipments may be subject to tariffs, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees, for which buyer is solely responsible.

Question/Topic: What if my package is delayed due to weather?

Please note that any service guarantees from PremierLash, USPS, UPS or DHL do not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to severe weather events or other Natural Disasters.

These agencies work to ensure the safety of their employees while minimizing effects on service. Contingency plans will be put into place to ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as conditions permit. Question/Topic: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping can be a major expense. PremierLash is proud to provide real-time rates for some of the lowest shipping rates in the US. With PremierLash, you know the exact shipping charges before finalizing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated as you place items in the shopping cart based on your 5-digit zip code. As you add or subtract items, shipping costs may change. When you complete the order and provide a shipping address, we can obtain exact shipping costs. Additional shipping charges such as UPS 2nd Day, Next Day Air, Saturday delivery (Business Only, $15.00), or optional Signature Required ($2.00).

Question/Topic: Are there any additional shipping charges?

A:

Errors in shipping address information may cause the carrier to charge additional fees to correct the address. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to typos will be billed back to you. Delivery Intercept or Package Re-Routing to a different shipping address than provided at initial time of order may cause the carrier to charge additional fees. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to delivery interception or package re-routing will be billed back to you. Remote Area Surcharges may apply to orders shipped to certain zip codes within Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian and International shipments may incur brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees that you would be responsible for and PremierLash has no control over.

Question/Topic: What items require special handling?

A:

Adhesives and any cosmetic products should not be exposed to excessive heat or cold for prolonged periods. Please ensure you are able to claim you package in a timely manner.

Question/Topic: Do you ship to Canada/Outside the USA?

A:

Yes! We ship via USPS Priority Mail International (7-10 days), USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 days), and InXpress (DHL) (3-5 days) for the best rates and fastest service we can get. You are responsible for Duties and Taxes applicable by Canadian or any other Government(s), at, or prior to time of delivery.

Question/Topic: Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

A:

Yes! We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail. You can place your order online. When creating a My Account, please note that business names are not accepted for APO/FPO/DPO shipments. Be sure to type APO or FPO or DPO under the City field. In the State list, select from the following:

  • AA (Armed Forces Americas) if you are stationed in the Americas.
  • AE (Armed Forces Europe) if you are stationed in Europe or Africa
  • AP (Armed Forces Pacific) if you are stationed in the Pacific regions.

Under the Country field, select USA. Please note that an additional 5 to 7 business days are required for orders shipping via USPS and that the delivery time by USPS will vary and may take a long time. PremierLash has no control over USPS. Most APO/FPO/DPO addresses have the following general restrictions: Packages cannot be addressed to a business. Packages must be addressed to the service member's full name (with or without rank or rating). Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits). All packages must be sent via the U.S. Postal System. The post office requires companies to hand deliver packages being sent to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. (This is one reason why additional processing time is required for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.) If you experience any problems placing an order, please contact us. Question/Topic: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! However, USPS Priority Mail must be selected for delivery to a PO Box.

Question/Topic: Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A:

Yes, but you must place a separate order for each address to which you are having items shipped.

Shipping Methods

Question/Topic: UPS Ground

A:

Average delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are located. UPS Ground shipping offers prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping. UPS Ground shipping is available on most orders except Canadian and International.

UPS does not deliver packages on weekends and some holidays. For instance, if a package is shipped Next Day Air on Friday, it will not arrive until Monday. All packages sent using UPS are subject to UPS Terms and Conditions of Service. Refunds for non-timely deliveries will only be issued in accordance with these terms and conditions. Every product is new and sent in good faith. Fees paid for shipping cannot be refunded should the product be found defective or unsuitable for a particular use. We do not make a profit on shipping. The rates provided are directly from the carrier.

Question/Topic: Priority Mail (USPS) & USPS Express Mail

A:

Average delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 business days depending on where you are located. All orders to APO/FPO/DPO will be shipped Priority Mail. Please note that an additional 5 to 7 business days are required for APO/FPO/DPO orders shipping via USPS and that the delivery time by USPS will vary and may take longer. PremierLash has no control over USPS. USPS does not deliver packages on Sundays or holidays. All packages sent using USPS are subject to USPS Terms and Conditions of Service. Refunds for non-timely deliveries will only be issued in accordance with these terms and conditions. Every product is new and sent in good faith. Fees paid for shipping cannot be refunded should the product be found defective or unsuitable for a particular use. We do not make a profit on shipping. Average delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3:30pm MST will ship same day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, otherwise, order ships the next business day. Please note that International shipments may incur tariffs, taxes, customs and brokerage fees for which you are responsible.

Question/Topic: In Store Pick-Up

A:

If you would like to pick up your order at our Salt Lake City, UT office, place your order before 4 PM Monday through Friday and select In-store Pickup under Shipping Methods. Your Will Call order will be pulled and waiting for you at our reception desk. "Same day" orders require a minimum of 1 hour from order time to pick up (cut-off time 4PM).

Back Orders:

We strive to remain fully stocked on all products. Occasionally, supply and demand creates an 'out of stock' situation. Should this occur, we will notify you regarding the delay with an expected delivery date.

2017 Holidays, PremierLash will be closed the following dates:

New Year's Day (December 30 - January 5), Martin Luther King Day (January 16), Presidents Day (February 20), Anniversary Day (March 10), Easter (April 16-17), Memorial Day (May 26 - 29), Independence Day (July 3 - 4), Labor Day (September 2 - 4), Columbus Day, (October 9), Thanksgiving (November 22 - 26), Christmas (December 22 @ 3pm- Monday 25), New Year's Day 2016 (December 29 @ 3pm - Monday January 1) returning Tuesday January 2, 2018.
