La Petite Pillowette is designed to be placed on top of your pillow or folded in half for neck support. The Pillowette's patented double crescent design comfortably supports the head and neck.
Position your ear at the center of the crescent. Your forehead should be supported by the top of the crescent and the bottom crescent should rest comfortably below your chin. The head is supported leaving the face suspended, eliminating contact and friction with the sleep surface.
